Real practice does not scale
From watching to doing. Most injectable training teaches you to watch the procedure. This one teaches you to lead it.
theory and strategy on Thursday, practice on Friday and Saturday
one complete full face demonstrated by Dr. Fred, with the reasoning laid open
at least two complete full face cases led by you, under supervision
Three days, in the order that practice demands.
Assess. Plan. Execute. The student follows a complete case on Thursday and, over the two following days, takes on their own appointments.
-
Thursday · 22 October
Concept, planning and clinical demonstration
- 10 am · Technologies applied to the N3F Technique
- Theory class in partnership with Ilikia: how the technology enters full face planning and enhances the result.
- 2nd class · Dermocosmetics and complementary protocols
- With Medicube: skin care within the plan, beyond the injectable.
- Afternoon · Live injection
- A full face case demonstrated by Dr. Fred Fortes, from assessment to execution. More than the technique, the student sees the decision behind each step.
-
Friday · 23 October
Hands-on: clinical immersion
- The student leads
- Each student stops being an observer and takes on their own full face cases on a model patient, from the initial assessment through planning and execution, guided by the instructors throughout the appointment.
- The objective
- Technical skill, but above all confidence, aesthetic perception and the ability to plan the face as a whole.
-
Saturday · 24 October
Hands-on: consolidating the N3F Technique
- New patients, new anatomies
- Other model patients, with different needs and strategies. Repetition on a different anatomy is what fixes the reasoning.
- Closing
- Consolidation of the method, so each student takes the N3F Technique into their own clinical routine. Official group photo.
What changes compared with an ordinary course.
- Guaranteed, quantified practice. A minimum of two complete full face cases, performed by you.
- Live injection with the reasoning laid open. You do not just see the needle. You see the decision.
- Two instructors. The creator of the method and the coordinator of the immersion, both in the room.
- Staged treatment. When to divide the treatment, and why.
- A curriculum beyond the injectable. Technologies and dermocosmetics that enter the plan, with Ilikia and Medicube.
- Small group. Real practice does not scale. That is why the group is small.
- An original method. The N3F Technique, taught by the person who created it.

Two instructors, two roles.
Dr. Eduardo Denis
Coordinator of the immersion. He performs the N3F Technique at Clínica N3F, with staged treatment, dermal filling and facial restructuring. He follows each student while the cases are being led, on Friday and on Saturday.
Dr. Fred Fortes
Dental surgeon, creator of the N3F® Protocol. He leads the live injection on Thursday and the planning reasoning that sustains the method. CROSP 137022 · CROSC 15322.
Ilikia and Medicube
Technologies applied to the N3F Technique and dermocosmetics in the complementary protocols, in the Thursday classes.
For those who already inject and want to lead.
For the professional who already works with injectables and wants to lead the full face with a method, instead of watching one more course. For those whose practice did not change after auditorium courses. For those who want to decide with confidence before injecting.
Training requirements and professional registration are confirmed at the moment of enrollment.
Real cases, selected and assessed by the clinical team before the immersion. Each student treats different patients on Friday and on Saturday.
Small groupThe number of students is what two instructors can supervise case by case. It is not a sales tactic. It is the condition for the practice to be real.
