VP-Eyeslift + N3F: The eyes and the whole face, in one course

Dr. Fred Fortes and Dr. Viviane Pessoa, the creators of the N3F Technique and VP-Eyeslift, together in an advanced training in Portugal. Mornings of theory with both, afternoons and evenings of practice on real patients with both in the room, in groups of two students per teacher.

The program

Diagnose and plan before injecting.

The training does not teach injection points. It teaches you to read the face, decide and execute. Three axes, with both teachers: global planning together, the eyes with Dr. Viviane, the whole face with Dr. Fred. The order of the days is sent to enrolled students.

    Global assessment and planning

    Applied anatomy and diagnosis
    Global assessment of the face, facial thirds, reading the clinical case and what each tissue needs.
    Selection and sequence
    Product, volume, injection plane and therapeutic sequence. Integration of the thirds and complex cases, from superficial to deep tissues, from both perspectives: the whole-face protocol and the restructuring of the eye area.

    VP-Eyeslift and the upper third

    Periorbital anatomy
    Fat compartments, ligaments, infraorbital rim, tear trough, malar bags and the malar region.
    Temples, forehead and brow
    Restructuring the upper third as a whole, from the brow ridge to the scalp.
    Safety
    Preventing oedema, Tyndall effect and migration, and managing complications.

    N3F Technique: the whole face

    The protocol
    Structural replacement, repositioning and refinement with hyaluronic acid, for rejuvenation and non-surgical lifting. In the face, every area is interconnected.
    Leading the whole case
    From assessment to plan and execution, with the reasoning out loud: the student sees the decision, not just the needle.

How the day works

Theory in the morning. Practice in the afternoon and evening.

  • Theory in the morning. Anatomy, diagnosis and planning for the day's axis, evidence-based.
  • Practice in the afternoon and evening. Real patients, both teachers in the room, no fixed finishing time. The case ends when it is done.
  • Varied model patients. In the afternoons the cases mix: you perform the technique each face calls for.
  • Levelling meeting. Before enrolment is confirmed, an individual conversation sets each candidate's path.
  • Small group. Two students per teacher. That is what allows the hand to be corrected at the right moment.
  • Two methods, one course. The creator of the N3F® Protocol and the creator of VP-Eyeslift, together, from planning to practice.

Dra. Viviane Pessoa

Creator of the VP-Eyeslift technique for dark-circle correction and non-surgical restructuring of the eye area. Graduated in dental medicine from the University of Coimbra, founder and clinical director of the SCULPFACE group in Leiria. First place at AMWC 2026 in the Best Non-Surgical Facial Beautification category. Has trained injectors in full face and dark circles since 2021.

For experienced injectors who want to decide better.

For the professional who already injects and wants to move from injection points to reasoning: diagnosing, planning the face as a whole and executing safely, including in the most delicate region, the eyes.

Training and professional registration requirements are confirmed at the levelling meeting.

Places

The group offered by N3F Academy is small. Each student has the levelling meeting before confirming enrolment, and the practice pairs are formed by level.

When is it?

Will I really practise?
Yes. Afternoons and evenings are practice on real patients, with Dr. Fred and Dr. Viviane supervising. Each student treats at least two patients.
Do I need prior experience?
Yes. The training is for experienced injectors. Before enrolment is confirmed there is an individual levelling meeting, which sets each candidate's path and practice pair.
